Knoll repair questions
Can you repair tufted cushions without losing the pattern?
Yes. Welts and tufting lines are kept, and buttons are worked around so the cushion keeps its shape.
Will the steel or chrome frame be touched?
We protect the frame and only treat the leather. Many cushions can be lifted off to work on them more easily.
Can you do a whole set of office or boardroom chairs?
Yes. Doing the set together keeps the color and sheen even from chair to chair.
Should I check the warranty first?
If the chairs may still be covered by the maker or dealer, yes: ask them first, since an outside repair may affect a claim.
