Article leather repair NJ

Clean-lined Article sofas arrive at the door and then get used every day. When the seat scratches, a seam opens or one side fades, it can be repaired at home instead of replaced.

What happened to your sofa?

Four common problems

Most Article leather repair NJ requests are one of these four, and none of them means the sofa is finished.

The sofas we see

Mid-century shapes, everyday wear

Bolster arms, tight seats, slim cushions and long sectionals. Each shape wears in its own places, usually the seat front, the arm and the outside back.

Questions

Article repair questions

My Article sofa is still new. Should I contact Article first?

If it is still covered by Article’s warranty, yes: check with them first, since a repair by someone else may affect a claim. Once that cover ends, or for everyday wear, send us photos.

Can you fix scratches from a dog or cat?

Usually. Light scratches blend out; deeper ones are filled and recolored so they stop catching the light.

Can you match the color of my sofa?

Yes. We mix the color to your leather, test it on a hidden spot and check it in your own light.

The seat cushions have gone flat. Can that be fixed?

Often, yes. Tell us how the seat feels as well as how it looks, and we will say what can be done for the support.

How do I start Article leather repair NJ?

Send photos to office@leatherrestorepro.com: the whole sofa, the damage up close, and the tag if there is one.

Article is a trademark of its owner, used here only to identify the furniture we repair. Leather Restore Pro is an independent repair company with no ties to Article.
