Arhaus leather repair NJ

Deep, plush Arhaus sofas and sectionals are made to be lived on. When the cushions crack, the seams split or the color fades, the leather can be repaired at home instead of replaced.

The warranty question

Arhaus’s published limited warranty states that fabric and leather are not covered, and that repairs by anyone other than Arhaus or its partners can void the warranty. So: a covered frame, spring or zipper fault goes to Arhaus first. Worn, cracked or scratched leather is what we repair.

Warranty terms change and differ by purchase. Check the document that came with your piece, or ask Arhaus, before booking a repair on furniture that may still be covered.

Questions

Arhaus repair questions

Will a repair void my Arhaus warranty?

It can. Arhaus’s published limited warranty says repairs by anyone other than Arhaus or its partners can void it, so if a frame, spring or zipper fault is still covered, contact Arhaus first. Read your own warranty document to be sure.

Does the Arhaus warranty cover leather damage?

Its published limited warranty states that fabric and leather are not covered, and protection plans often exclude cracking, peeling and scratches. That wear is what we repair.

Can you match the color of my Arhaus sofa?

Yes. We mix the color to your hide, test it on a hidden spot and check it in your own light before touching the damage.

My cushions have sunk. Can that be fixed?

Often, yes. Tell us how the seat feels as well as how it looks, and we will say what can be done for the support.
